Site blueprints for Epstein's secluded tropical island featured within the released materials.
Furthermore contained in this recent photograph drop is shown to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier bought a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had formulated plans to build upon the 161-acre island by constructing homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a reservoir.
You can see the blueprint is a channel, a waterway in the territory, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is marked up in notations in red and contains a notes section identifying different parts of the land.
Accompanying this are what look to be several other site drawings and engineering blueprints, such as layouts for boat shelters.
More documentation disclosed as part of the continuing investigative process.
